The Good Grief Retreat
The Good Grief Retreat
When: February 3rd–8th, 2027
Where: Crestone, Colorado
About the Experience
The Good Grief Retreat is a sanctuary designed for us to gather, nourish ourselves, and be gently held in our sorrow.
It is a safe, dedicated space to explore complex emotions, express freely, and tend to the sacred wounds of loss. Designed to support both soul and body, this immersive retreat invites all feelings to surface naturally—allowing them to be witnessed, honored, and transformed.
Throughout our time together, we will engage in gentle practices that address the grief we carry. Guided by compassionate, expert practitioners, we will examine our beliefs surrounding death, loss, and healing. This is an invitation to slow down, practice deep introspection, and cultivate the internal safety needed to explore ones full emotional terrain.
Grief is a universal human experience. Yet, our collective culture often lacks intentional spaces centering grief. As social beings, we are wired to move through all seasons of life together—to celebrate in community, and to mourn in community. The Good Grief Retreat opens the doorway for genuine connection, allowing us to share our journeys with vulnerability and care.
Loss touches every one of us, requiring different forms of support at different points in our lives. While some moments call for solitary quiet, others call for the profound healing power of shared human connection. Sometimes, we simply need others to witness our heartache so that we may move through it rather than carry it alone.
To ensure each participant receives individual attention and dedicated care, space is limited to a small group.
